What should one expect from a Third Option Mission trip?
Third Option Mission trips provide amazing opportunities for you to engage the enemy in real world scenarios while cultivating an atmosphere of discipleship. What does a normal day on foreign soil with us look like? That’s a loaded question; it could be filled with sharing the Gospel with previously unreached people groups, construction projects, providing food and clean water to the underprivileged, etc.
Our small group dynamics, consisting of nightly debriefings and engaging discussions, are well worth the price of admission. Those who go will not only learn what it takes to start and/or lead effective small groups back home, but will likely build lifelong relationships with the other Third Option missionaries.
One thing’s for certain; we will strive to be Spirit-led in every situation. Things can and will come up, attempting to thwart our efforts in reaching our objectives. It isn’t enough that we’re flexible; flexible items can still break. We will be fluid, able to adapt to any circumstance at a moment’s notice. As Christ-following men, we have what it takes. Now let’s take “it” out for a spin!
